1. Payment Terms Welland general payment term is 30% wire transfer in advance and the balance paid against copy of B/L and L/C at sight for new customers. For long term cooperated customers Welland would be delight to provide better payment terms.

 2. Hot items Welland has more than 200 SKUs for the small home decoration furnitures, which concludes the wall shelf, wall cube, coffee table, coat rack, and other customized products, Welland will publish some new designs of products each year.

3. MOQ Welland accepts 300 pieces or sets per size per color for wall shelf series and other series with prices under $10 while the total volume of an order need to meet 1x20'ft container. Welland also support customers who want to order about 100 pieces or sets as trial sale. Welland usually takes some extra charge to make small quantity trial orders deal.

4. Lead Time A 40'GP container usually takes 45 days in Welland. Welland has multiple production lines which are elastic to shorten the lead time to assist customers catching the sales schedule in some urgent condition.

5. Samples The Lead time of samples is about 7 days in Welland. Welland usually charges 3 times price for producing new samples and pay back after a formal order which meet MOQ.
